The Cooperative of Borba produces and commercialises olive oil of the North of Alentejo with Denomination of Protected Origin. This olive oil is identified by a certification mark that guarantees conformity to production and processing norms and assures the origin of the product to consumers.

The olive oil that we produce has a yellowish gold colour, sometimes with a greenish tone, and is slightly thick with a soft scent and taste.

Such attributes are originated, mostly, from the predominant variety - Galega -, know as the queen of olives.
